Our WODfit classes combine strength, conditioning and skill work designed for all fitness levels. With expert coaching and scalable workouts, you’ll build power, endurance and confidence in a supportive whānau environment. Whether you’re new or experienced, KOA helps you move better and get stronger, together.
WODFIT
Open Gym is your time to train your way. Focus on strength, skill work, or conditioning, whatever you need that day. It’s flexible and independent, giving you the freedom to move at your own pace. Open Gym is the perfect space to build confidence, consistency and fitness while staying connected to our KOA community.
OPEN GYM
Our 6 week bootcamps are popular, with many participants coming back each intake, some even transitioning into our Functional classes. These sessions are the perfect group workout for all abilities, combining fun, challenge and community support to help you reach your goals.
KOA FITNESS
Saturday mornings bring fun, partner or team sessions, train hard and laugh harder. Sunday starts with open gym to work on your own goals, followed by Barbell Club for serious strength gains. Weekend vibes at KOA are all about community, coaching, and crushing your fitness goals!
WEEKEND CLASSES
At KOA, Coach Kiki keeps you flexible and builds a strong core in her mat pilates classes. She is currently on maternity leave but she will be back in April! Combining classical pilates, ab circuits, and glute work, you’ll feel it all over the next day! All levels are encouraged to join. Coach Kiki is a qualified, classically trained intermediate mat pilates instructor.
PILATES
TEINA & TUAKANA 8 WEEK TERM PROGRAM
Our tamariki programmes are all about building confidence, movement skills, and strong foundations in hauora within a supportive, fun environment.
Teina (6–10 years)
Tues & Thurs | 3:45pm – 4:30pm
A fun, game-based class focused on coordination, confidence, and learning the basics of movement.
Tuakana (11–15 years)
Mon & Weds | 4:00pm – 4:45pm
Structured sessions developing strength, fitness, and resilience while building confidence and discipline.
Both programmes run for 8 weeks during the school term and are led by our experienced Lead Coach Baba.

In The Trenches – Endurance Class
Sundays | 6:30am – 7:30am
Led by Coach Mikey Kauraka, this is your weekly test. A no-nonsense session where you’ll be pushed to your limits to get 45 minutes of solid endurance work in.
High-intensity training designed to challenge you both mentally and physically, building grit, resilience, and a serious engine.
This isn’t for the faint-hearted. This is the kind of mahi that forges toughness.
