    Our KOA Fitness (previously bootcamp) blends strength, conditioning, and our kaupapa of culture, connection, and growth. Each session challenges you while keeping things fresh, fun, and empowering, a space where we move together, lift each other up, and push toward our best selves.

    Over 6 weeks, you’ll follow structured programming built around:

    • Functional movement

    • Solid technique

    • Progressive fitness
